Is there a joining fee?

No. Our Chai Lovers subscription plans start from $30 per month for a 3-month subscription. You get discounts on 3 monthly, 6 monthly or 12 monthly payment cycles.

What will I get in my monthly subscription box?

You get to choose ANY two of your favourite chai blends. For most selections, your monthly subscription box will have 2 x 100g each of your selected chai blends (total of 200g depending on how strong you like your chai, that’s about 50 cups!).

There’s one exception. When selecting our Saffron & Cardamom Rose Blend, if you choose the 100g pack size as one of your chai's you will receive 1 x 40g jar. If you choose our 250g pack size you will receive 3 x 40g. This is because organic saffron and rose petals are such delicate and valuable ingredients, we only supply it in the smaller packs.

When selecting our Saffron & Cardamom Rose Blend, if you choose the 100g pack size as one of your teas you will receive 1 x 40g jar. If you choose our 250g pack size you'll receive 3 x 40g.

Can I change the teas I subscribe to from month to month?

Sure. Just send me an email at fatema@thechairoom.com.au before your next delivery/payment cycle is processed around the week before your new order is due or as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or pause my chai subscription?

In order to make the most of your savings 3/6/12 month subscriptions have to be paid up front. If you wish to cancel your 3/6/12 month, you will receive 25% back of the remaining weeks left.

Pay as you go can be cancelled at any time, just send us an email to orders@thechairoom.com

How does The Chai Room Lovers subscription plan work?

Select a payment cycle of your choice: 3-months, or 6-months, 12-months.
Choose your two chai's.
Place your order.
Your order will be sent to you via our standard Australia Post service within 3 to 10 working days.
When you’ve decided on a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, the total cost of your subscription will be charged within 3 working days of us receiving your order.

Is the Chai Lovers Taster Box available for subscription?

No, this is purely a great way to sample all of our blends, also ideal for a gift to your favourite tea lover.
