What delivery service does The Chai Room use?

All Australian orders dispatched from our Sydney chai kitchen are shipped with Australia Post. 

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

We send all online orders from our Sydney chai kitchen within 1-2 business days from the time of your order being placed. Please note that this does not include public holidays, weekends, or promotional periods.  

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Australia Post provides the following estimates for delivery:

Domestic Standard: 3 - 5 working business days

Domestic Express: 2 - 4 working business days

International: up to 10 - 28 business days. Please note this is a guide only and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.

Shipping Policy:

Please note that The Chai Room is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left Australia.  If you have a question about your delivery please get in touch at info@thechairoom.com.au.

Delivery within Australia:

All online purchases over $75 within Australia enjoy FREE SHIPPING

Standard shipping (3 – 7business days): $9.90

Express shipping (2 - 4 business days):  $10

International delivery:

Our international delivery rates are calculated by weight and location, and start from $19.90.  The charge is calculated at checkout.
