Afternoon pick-me-up with a sweet kick?
- Steep 1tsp of chai blend in1/4 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes
- Add milk, Allensford Wholefoods recommend adding a homemade cashew milk made by blending a handful of cashews, 1 tbsp of maple syrup and a pinch of salt in your blender, strain with a milk bag
- Add ice to a glass
- Add strained chai blend and milk and enjoy!
