As a customer of The Chai Room you have the right to expect that all products you order through this Site will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this site.
The minimum order value for wholesale is 1kg. Invoicing will be based on Pro forma.
Freight is not included in the cost of goods (with exception to the subscription products).

Standard shipping - $9.10 (sent via Australia Post with a standard delivery time of 3-10 business days, confirmed with the customer in the checkout cart prior to dispatch.)
Express shipping - $11.85 (sent via Australia Post with an express delivery time of 1-2 business days, confirmed with the customer in the checkout cart prior to dispatch.)
Free shipping - We offer FREE shipping for orders over $75.00
A nominated person must be present to accept delivery or products will be left at doorstep at buyer’s own risk. No PO Boxes are accepted.
All goods are sold on ex-The Chai Room warehouse basis. The property of the goods passes to the purchaser only after the price has been paid in full.
The risk of the goods passes to the purchaser on dispatch. The Chai Room is not responsible for any damage which occurs to the product during delivery.
Dry blends are suitable for consumption for 6 months following purchase. Store in a cool dry place.
Our products are made in a kitchen that contains nuts and the SuperChai range contains cashew nut milk. Should you have known allergies to nut products, do not consume the product.

The Chai Room reserves the right to refuse service or credit.
The Chai Room can process refunds, replacements and exchanges only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by The Chai Room. We would be happy to provide refund or replacement in the event that:
There is a breach of product packing: if the packaging is damaged during transit and exposes the product, causing leakage. There is an error in delivery: We send you a different product to the one ordered.
We will also accept returns for change of mind on products purchased online within 5 days from date of receipt, provided those items are accompanied with proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card or other payment statement). You must register your intention to return a product by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org. All shipping costs associated with the return of the product are borne by the customer. We will only accept the return of change of mind products if the product is in a satisfactory condition.
Any claim must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Email the order confirmation number and date of purchase to email@example.com with a description of your reason for wanting to return the product and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Goods must be returned to us using an Australia Post satchel for us to issue you with a replacement. If the product is out of stock at the time we receive your return, we will offer an alternative product or a refund. If you wish to wait until the item is back in stock, we will contact you with details of when you can expect delivery.
We will do our best to ensure your order is fulfilled but reserve the right to cancel the order if we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or if we do not deliver to your area or country. In the event of cancellation, we will contact you by e-mail or phone after receiving your order. If we cannot fulfil the order we will re-credit your account for the value of the goods and shipping only. We do not reimburse any bank charges you may have incurred in the transaction. In the event an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative product or refund. The Chai Room cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control that prevent the delivery of the goods ordered.
