As a child, my mother would make a soothing bedtime drink by brewing saffron, turmeric, and honey with milk ("Dhood"), which was always a comforting treat.

 This tea can be consumed with or without milk

Brew Tips:

• Use one-two scoops per cup.
• Brew for at least 3 minutes with freshly boiled water in a teapot or mug.
• Add a splash of milk and honey to taste, as desired.
