Our authentic Original Masala Chai recipe has been handed down from generations. The balance of spices in combination with the robust Assam tea gives our chai lends itself to a 'proper cup of chai' that my mum would be proud of!

Our spices are carefully selected, rich in flavour with well being qualities. We hand blend in small batches to ensure the qualities of the spices are preserved.

We recommend one heaped teaspoon per person, steeped in boiled water for 3-5 mins. Adding a dash of your choice of milk and honey is a great sweetener for those who need it.
