2 x 250gms blocks cream cheese
2/3 cup castor sugar
1 small tin of drained fruit salad - reserve the syrup for topping
1/2 cup cream
1 tablespoon of gelatine
2 teaspoons of 'The Chai Room' Turmeric & Raw Honey Chai
1/2 cup of white sugar
2 tablespoons of gelatine
Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Add 2 teaspoons of The Chai Room Turmeric & Raw Honey Chai, fruit salad and cream. Mix until combined.
Dissolve 1 tablespoon of gelatine in 3 tablespoons of water. Cool and add to the cream cheese mixture. Pour into a flan dish and refrigerate.
Arrange fruit (blueberries, kiwifruit, peaches, strawberries) on top of the cheesecake.
For the topping combine reserved fruit salad syrup with 1/2 cup of white sugar. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of gelatine in 1/4 cup of water. Combine gelatine and syrup together and gently spoon over the fruit on top of the cheesecake. Refrigerate until serving time.
